PROGRAM OFFERED

1 Month - Certified Cooking Program

The program has been designed with a view to integrating diverse skills and knowledge about the food preparation, essential cookery, hygiene, food safety and quality as well as presentation techniques which are indispensable ingredients to launch a successful career in the foodservice industry.

2 Months - Certified Culinary Art Program -- (Full Chef Course)

The Certificate in Culinary Arts (CCA), a comprehensive 2-Months certificate program comprising intense hands-on training combined with conceptual theoretical knowledge, coupled with industrial internship, aims at imparting a scientific approach to the field of culinary preparation.

1 Month Advance Baking & Fondant Art

Students will learn the basics of mixing, shaping and baking for several baked goods including quick breads, cakes, pastry doughs, mousses, sauces, glazes, cookies, candies and confections. In addition, students will be introduced to decorating techniques.
